It is really important to full understand the dynamics of your personal chart and how they play out for you before you dive into all the other areas of your life.
RESCHEDULING
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.
LATE START
If you are late for your appointment, your reading will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a no-show. At that point, you will have the opportunity to select a future date to reschedule. If this happens the second time, the appointment will be considered forfeited and you will not have the opportunity to reschedule.
NO SHOW
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment or contact me before your appointment time is over will forfeit the session.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds will be given unless Yiannah Ahmohr Manokas needs to cancel the appointment with no rescheduling option given.
